Each piece is handmade to order, Once you place your order we will begin making it. This can take us between 1 and 3 weeks depending on how busy we are and how many orders are before yours. If you need an order by a specific date please email us before ordering as we may be able to accomodate this

We reuse as recycle as much packaging as we can. Your order will be packaged in one of our double walled boxes and depending on sixe may be wrapped in eco friendly bubble wrap, shredded paper or biodegradable packing peanuts.
Depending on the size of your order we use Royal mail, Evri, DPD or Fedex to deliver your parcel.

Return policy

We accept returns on all non personalised products.

Please email us within 28 days of receipt to arrange a return.

Once received we will process a full refund minus any shipping costs.
